RidgeAlgo provides software tools for webhook-based trading automation. You are responsible for how you configure and use the service, including any strategies, payloads, exchange API keys, and trade settings connected to your account.

RidgeAlgo is a software platform, not a broker, custodian, or investment adviser. Nothing on the platform should be considered financial, legal, or tax advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, protecting your credentials, and ensuring your exchange permissions are set appropriately. You are also responsible for all activity performed under your account.

Paid features may require an active subscription. Subscription access may be activated, extended, expired, or limited based on payment verification, plan rules, and platform policy. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of RidgeAlgo and any connected exchange complies with the laws, regulations, and exchange terms that apply to you. Exchange availability and restrictions may vary by country, product, and account type.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, execution speed, or exchange availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RidgeAlgo is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, incorrect user configuration, exchange outages, third-party failures, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
